This event will take place within the framework of the commemoration of the 33rd Anniversary of the Association of African Sports Confederations (AASC), during a ceremony designed to celebrate on 22 and 23 July 2016 African sport and to pay tribute to luminaries of African sport movement, who have contributed to its emergence during the last three decades.

The following prizes shall be awarded:

  • Best sport administrator (Dames)
  • Best sport administrator (Men)
  • Best technical official
  • Best athlete (Ladies)
  • Best athlete (Men)

In the days ahead, the signing of a partnership and support agreement in view of the organization of this ambitious event will take place between AASC and the firm Cabinet Move Business Agency (MBA)

Practicalities

Any Confederation legally constituted and which aims to oversee a known or recognized sport discipline and which is also made up of at least (18) eighteen national federations affiliated to their respective international federations and wishes to become an AASC member shall submit an application duly signed by the President of the said association to the AASC Executive Bureau together with the membership fees.
